Home Repairs and Improvement
Home repairs and home improvement, handled by one contractor instead of five
Sometimes owning a home feels like a full-time job. Hand us the list: we diagnose each item, quote it, and send the right crew, so you get your time back.
Chapter 01
Why a short fix keeps turning into a long one
Home Repairs rarely arrive one at a time. The back steps are loose, there is a hole in the drywall, a section of hardwood has lifted, and a door has started to stick. Each one looks small, and each one belongs to a different trade. Booked separately, that is five phone calls, five arrival windows and five people who have never seen each other's work.
The other trap is the repair that treats the symptom. A stained ceiling patched and painted without finding the leak comes back. A soft stair tread replaced without checking the stringer under it fails again. The first job in any repair is working out what is actually wrong, and that takes someone willing to look before quoting.

How we run a repair, and what counts as Home Improvement
We start with a look at the problem and a plain answer about the cause. Then we quote the job from the materials, the labor and the subcontractors it needs, and you approve the quote before any work begins. Our in-house crews handle what they can, and our long-term subcontractors, who are fully insured like everyone on our team, handle the trades that need a specialist.
Home Improvement is the same method on a larger scale: renovations and remodeling done properly, from refreshing a room to a full kitchen or bathroom. If a repair turns up something bigger, such as damaged framing or a failing section of siding, we tell you before we touch it. Any change to the original plan waits for your complete approval.
Chapter 03
Bundling the list and starting the visit
The smartest way to buy repair work is to bundle it. One visit to look at everything, one quote that lists each item, and one schedule that puts the carpenter, the painter and the flooring crew in the right order, so the drywall is patched before it is painted and the floor is finished before the trim goes back on.
Write down everything that is bothering you, including the small things, and call (209) 205-5901. We serve Stockton, Sacramento, Tracy and the surrounding areas, and the estimate is free. Once the work is done, we walk it with you and close out the list, and you check each item off before the job is called finished.

The repair list, sorted by trade.
Most lists look something like this. Each line names the crew it belongs to and links to the service where that work is explained, so you can see what the repair really involves before you call (209) 205-5901.
