That means working with 7 kinds of team: architects, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, engineers, concrete contractors and window companies. We prioritize communication at every level, whether that is constant reporting to you or the communication technologies the teams use between themselves, so everyone is an expert in their own field and still sees the big picture.
The diamonds are your sign-offs: the quote, the plans, any change to them, and the final walkthrough.
If anything needs to change on the original plan, we get your complete approval before going ahead with it.
