The address changes. The schedule does not.
A consultation, a quote built from materials, labor, subcontractors, size and scope, plans, permits, the build and a final walkthrough: that sequence is the same whether the house is in Stockton, Sacramento or Tracy. We apply for the building permits for you in almost every case and keep up with local building code changes, because each city reviews plans its own way.
Architects, engineers, concrete contractors, carpenters, plumbers, electricians and window companies are organized on one schedule, and we report back to you at every stage. If anything needs to change on the original plan, you approve it before we go ahead. Our hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
