The carpenters open the work, the plumbers and electricians rough in behind them, and the finish trades close it up. If anything needs to change on the original plan, it is discussed with you and gets your complete approval before we go ahead.

Exterior remodeling
The outside of the house, handled by the same team.
Roof, siding, windows, doors and the deck or patio out back are remodeling too. They share a contractor with the kitchen, so a leak, a draft or a rotten board gets one plan rather than a hand-off between companies.
